Exchange and refund policy:
Exchange and return is a guaranteed right of all our customers and it includes all the products that we offer on our store.
All products displayed on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this newspaper.
It is possible to return or exchange if the product is in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
The request for replacement or return is approved within 3 working days.
If the return and replacement request is approved, the representative will arrive to the customer within 3-5 working days.
